Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of West Valley

I live right down the street and have been coming here for a few years because it was convenient. But now they are closed on Sundays which was when I usually come for a haircut and today I came in at 4:30 and was told they were all booked up even though the last name on the list said it was a 23 minute wait. So that meant they would have been called for their haircut at 5 which means they still had an hour till they closed. I will not be back. Customer service has gone down hill since covid. I will find another place

Went in at 7:50 pm knowing the place closed at 8. Didn’t see anyone at anyone at any of the seats so thought i would be in and out since all I wanted was a basic haircut. Guy comes out and say we are not excepting any appointments cause we are closed told the guy it’s 7:50pm you have 10 min but he didn’t care. He said I should call tomorrow for an appointment told will never be back but he didn’t care. Place sucks
